While no search service can guarantee a recovery, if your pet is not located and you later receive a confirmed sighting, we will return for a follow-up search at no additional charge (based on availability).

Payment is required prior to the start of flight operations.
This ensures we can begin the search immediately upon arrival and dedicate the full scheduled time to locating your pet.
Do you guarantee you'll find my pet?
No search service can guarantee a recovery. Pets may move, hide, or travel outside the search area. However, we provide a thorough, professional search using advanced thermal and optical imaging, covering as much ground as safely and legally possible. Our goal is always to give you the best chance of locating your pet quickly.
Can I watch the search on site?
Yes. You are welcome to observe the search either on-site or from a safe distance. We provide regular updates throughout the operation so you can stay informed even if you cannot remain at the search location.
What drones do you use?
We use professional-grade thermal drones capable of scanning day or night, including high-resolution optical cameras and advanced search grid features. Our aircraft provide precise location tracking and detailed aerial views to support both rapid and extended searches.
What if weather affects the search?
Safety and performance are our top priorities. High winds, heavy rain, snow, or low visibility can limit or delay flight operations. If weather prevents safe flying, we will discuss options with you, monitor conditions, and resume the search as soon as it is safe and effective to do so.
Can I add more search time if needed?
Yes. If more time is needed to thoroughly cover the area or follow up on new information, you can extend the search at any point. Additional search time is billed at $100 per hour, and we will always discuss the situation with you before continuing beyond the package you selected.
